Living Spaces has chosen Oltmans Construction to build eight (8) furniture showrooms in various locations throughout California including the La Mirada showroom pictured here. The project’s scope included the adaptive re-use of an existing manufacturing facility, which was converted into a 120,000 s.f. furniture showroom with 25,000 s.f. of corporate offices. In addition, the Oltmans team provided the complete building renovation and tenant improvements for Living Spaces. Major site-work included extensive rehab of an existing site parking and addition of new parking areas.
